刘继承，教授（二级），硕士/博士导师。1992年毕业于西安交通大学生物医学工程及仪器专业，1997年硕士毕业于东北石油大学工业自动化专业，2003年博士毕业于北京航空航天大学信号与信息处理专业，2006年北京航空航天大学博士后出站。2013.-2014.8在加州大学—圣克鲁兹分校Modeling and Imaging Lab.访问学者。2009年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才，曾获黑龙江团省委青年岗位能手、第四届大庆青年科技奖、大庆建市三十周年群英会奖章等。发表学术论文80余篇，主持及参加国家、省部级、市局级以上课题20余项，企业委托课题四十余项，获省部科技进步二、三等奖9项，省高校科技进步一等奖5项，市局级科技进步奖3项。主持省级教改课题3项，获省级教学成果奖3项，发表教改论文10余篇。现任中国仪器仪表学会实验室仪器分会理事、教育部仪器类教指委协工委委员、江苏省仪器仪表学会常务理事、江苏省智能制造联合体委员、《化工自动化及仪表》编委。
