洪学鹍,教授。2007年获中科院上海技术物理研究所微电子学与固体电子学博士学位,2007年至2009年就职于中芯国际集成电路制造(上海)有限公司,从事集成电路先进制造工艺的研究与开发,2012年至2014年挂职昆山科技局,2012年至2015年在华东师范大学电子科学与技术学科从事博士后研究工作。先后入选江苏省“青蓝工程”优秀青年骨干教师培养对象、中青年学术带头人,主持国家自然科学基金面上、青年基金项目2项,参与国家自然科学基金项目5项,主持企业横向委托项目7项,获江苏省科技进步奖三等奖、中国商业联合会服务科技创新奖、中国产学研合作创新与促进奖优秀奖各1项。在Applied Physics Letter、Advanced Functional Materials、Advanced Materials Interfaces、Journal of Colloid and Interface Science等期刊发表学术论文50余篇。
