吴大军,男,博士,副教授。现为苏州工学院教师。从2007年~至今,一直在高校从事大学教学和科研工作,讲授 “半导体物理、集成电路制造技术、光电池制造工艺、光伏系统设计与施工、储能电池管理系统”等课程,主要从事真空微电子器件、储能器件、半导体工艺和传感器系统方面的研究。主持和承担省市级各类项目20余项,参与国家自然科学基金项目2项。在Adv. Funct. Mater., Adv.Sci., J. Energy Chem., J. Mater. Chem. A., J. Mater. Chem. C., J. Alloys. Compd., Electroanal Chem., Ceram. Int., Colloids and Surfaces A, J. Mater. Sci., Int. J. Hydrogen. Energ, Electrochim. Acta.等工程技术专业期刊发表SCI论文30余篇。获批发明专利2件。
