王顺,博士,硕士生导师。2024年6月毕业于苏州大学凝聚态物理专业,获理学博士学位。2024年8月入职苏州工学院电子信息工程学院,主要从事低维铁电体及其他低维材料的多场耦合物性实验研究。聚焦于低维范德华铁电晶体及衍生材料的结构-物理-光电器件构效关系,发掘其中新奇的物理效应,集中在二维铁电材料的极化、光与物质的相互作用物性及应用方面开展了一系列研究工作,取得了具有独特性和创新性的研究成果。已发表国际期刊论文20余篇,其中以第一或通讯作者论文包括Nature Communications,Advanced Functional Materials,Applied Physics Letters,ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces等。
