彭明发,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。2019年在苏州大学功能纳米与软物质研究院(FUNSOM)获博士学位(导师:孙旭辉教授),2024-2025年南京大学物理学院访问学者(导师:缪峰/梁世军教授)。2011年8月至2020年4月在苏州大学FUNSOM李述汤院士团队工作,2020年4月加入苏州工学院(原常熟理工学院)。主要从事低维材料在信息器件领域的相关研究工作,在国内外学术期刊上发表SCI论文30余篇,H-index为25,其中以第一/通讯作者发表论文18篇,包括:Advanced Functional Materials(4篇),Nano Energy(3篇),Small,ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces(3篇),Applied Physics Letters等;撰写英文专著(章节)1章,授权发明专利2项(第一发明人)。入选2021年江苏省科技副总项目;获2024年度江苏省物理学会科学技术三等奖(排名第一)。
