付长凤,副教授。2022年获哈尔滨工程大学材料科学与工程专业博士学位。现为东北石油大学和盐城工学院兼职硕士生导师。2024年获苏州市自然科学优秀学术论文三等奖,2025年获苏州工学院本科毕业设计“优秀指导教师”。以第一作者在IEEE T. Antenn. Propag., Opt. Express, Opt. Commun., J. Phys. D: Appl. Phys., Dalton Trans., Opt. Quant. Electron., Diam. Relat. Mater., Plasmonics, Phys. Status Solidi A, IEEE Photonics J.等期刊发表SCI论文20余篇。主持教育部产学合作协同育人项目4项,横向课题5项,参与国家自然科学基金面上项目和省自然科学基金面上项目等。
