沈飞，讲师。2022年获河海大学博士学位。在International Journal of Robust and Nonlinear Control、Neurocomputing、International Journal of Systems Science、International Journal of Adaptive Control and Signal Processing、Transactions of the Institute of Measurement and Control等控制期刊发表SCI论文8篇。目前主持江苏省高等学校基础科学（自然科学）研究面上项目。
